Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Chatrion: AI Assistant Chat (the "App"), provided by Chatrion: AI Assistant Chat ("we", "us"). Effective date: 2026-11-06.

Agreement

By downloading, opening or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply alongside Apple's standard terms for apps distributed through the App Store.

Your Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control. The licence is for your own non-commercial use and is subject to these Terms and to the App Store's usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law expressly allows it.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the App to: break any law; generate or distribute content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, exploitative or that infringes the rights of others; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the App or its backend; or use automated means to extract outputs at scale. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

AI Output

Responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for evaluating any output before you use it.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Price, billing period and any trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

Ownership

The App, including its software, design, name and branding, belongs to Chatrion: AI Assistant Chat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You keep whatever rights you hold in the prompts you submit. As between you and us, you may use the output generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant us the limited permission we need to process your prompts and return responses.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. If you keep using the App after a revision, you accept the updated Terms.
