Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Chatrion: AI Assistant Chat (the "App") handles, why, and what control you have over it. The App is published by Chatrion: AI Assistant Chat ("we", "us"). Effective date: 2026-11-06.

The Short Version

There are no accounts and no sign-in. You do not give us your name, email address or password to use the App. The text you submit is sent to our own servers so a response can be generated. Payments are handled by Apple. Subscription status is tracked through Adapty. We do not receive your payment card details.

What We Process

Prompts and generated responses: the messages you type and the replies the App produces are transmitted to our backend so the response can be created and returned to you. Purchase and subscription information: whether you hold an active subscription or have made a purchase, together with related transaction identifiers, so the App can unlock the features you paid for. Technical information: limited device and app data, such as app version and operating system, that is needed to deliver the service and to keep subscription status accurate.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not ask for or collect account credentials, your name, email address, phone number, contacts or payment card numbers. Because the App has no sign-in, we do not build a user profile linked to your identity. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your prompts. Anything you type is processed as described in this policy.

Where Generation Happens

Responses are generated on backend infrastructure operated by us, the developer. Your prompts are processed there for the purpose of producing your response and operating the App.

Third-Party Services

Apple App Store: distributes the App and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple's handling of your data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. Adapty: a subscription management service. When used, Adapty receives purchase and subscription data, and related analytics, so we can confirm your subscription status, manage access to paid features and understand how subscriptions perform. Adapty processes this data under its own privacy terms.

Payments

Every purchase and subscription is completed through Apple. Apple collects and processes your payment details. We only receive confirmation of the transaction and the status of your subscription, directly from Apple or through Adapty.

Retention

We keep the information described here only for as long as we need it to provide the App, maintain subscription access, and meet legal or operational obligations. After that, it is deleted or rendered non-identifying. Apple and Adapty retain data according to their own policies.

Your Rights

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may need details that let us locate the relevant records, for example a transaction identifier from your Apple purchase receipt. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings. Requests about data held by Apple should be directed to Apple.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the App after an update, the revised policy applies to your use.
